Sai is a Partnership Manager specializing in nonprofit consulting and program strategy, deepening the firm’s commitment to delivering mission-driven solutions for purpose-led organizations.

Sai has built a reputation for aligning strategy with impact through a career grounded in community development and nonprofit leadership. Prior to joining Fox & Chester, Sai served as Senior Manager for Programs at InTandem Cycling, a New York City–based nonprofit where he led organizational change, built community partnerships, and designed data-driven systems that increased volunteer engagement and fundraising outcomes. His dedication led to the development and execution of inclusive, community-based initiatives.

Sai specializes in clients across the social impact sector, supporting organizational change, leadership development, and capacity-building projects. He brings a perspective shaped by years of service, advocacy, and hands-on program management. Sai combines a process-driven mindset with creativity and collaboration. He is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations and businesses grow and is especially skilled at turning data into insights, building effective teams, and developing solutions that balance efficiency with long-term impact.

Sai Alur holds a BS, an MHA from Penn State, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he is focused on operations, strategy, and customer analytics. His coursework and consulting projects have ranged from supply chain optimization and market strategy to ethical business analysis, providing a strong foundation for tackling complex client challenges.
