Daniel is the Founder & Partner of Fox & Chester Consulting LLC and Partner of Langer Law Group. He brings extensive legal and consulting experience and passion to work with founders and scale their businesses.
He has extensive experience in Health Law, including issues pertaining to hospitals, insurance companies, and private practices, such as Federal and State Regulatory Compliance issues, Contracting, and Negotiations. He has extensive experience in Employment and Labor Law, including Discrimination cases, Union Negotiations, and Class Actions. He also has experience in AI, Technology & Data Privacy issues, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
As a consultant, Daniel has extensive experience optimizing and scaling hospitals and companies, in their existing and in new markets. His work has led to $4B+ in value and 1M+ in new customers for the companies he has worked with.
